beginning ashtanga yoga  - 75 & 90 minutes
An introduction to Ashtanga Yoga - a physically demanding practice synchronizing breath with movement through a set series of progressive postures to build strength, flexibility and stamina. This class is for people of moderate to high fitness levels. No prior yoga experience needed. More information on Ashtanga Yoga

ashtanga primary series - 90 minutes
For any student familiar with the Ashtanga basics. Full sun salutations and standing postures, seated postures and working with jumpbacks/jumpthroughs, and full finishing postures. This class is for people of moderate to high fitness levels. Beginning Ashtanga or prior Ashtanga experience required. More information on Ashtanga Yoga

ashtanga blend - 60 minutes
An invigorating blend of Ashtanga-inspired yoga. Explore different posture groups from the Ashtanga primary series during a flowing, creative practice. Students new to Ashtanga are welcome, highly recommended for regular Ashtanga students. This class is for people of moderate to high fitness levels.

mixed level flow - 60 minutes
A yoga blend suitable for all levels, featuring posture flow and breath work and emphasizing the use of modifications to either increase or reduce the intensity of your practice. Some yoga experience is recommended.

power yoga - 75 minutes
Power Yoga is a vigorous, flowing class connecting the breath to yoga postures. It offers a challenging workout for building strength, flexibility, endurance and body awareness. This is a fast-paced class and some yoga experience is required.

restorative yoga - 60 & 90 minutes
Restorative Yoga gently rejuvenates and restores strength and stamina to the body. Through the use of props, poses are held for a longer duration without strain. This class allows both action and relaxation to occur simultaneously throughout the series of postures. All levels welcome.

yoga basics - 60 minutes
Yoga Basics is an introduction to the building blocks of yoga, emphasizing basic postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation skills. This class promotes balance, flexibility, strength and stress release. Especially good for newcomers to yoga, or those who would like a refresher on the basics.

NEW! YOGA THROUGHOUT THE SEASONS - 75 minutes
As the seasons change, we often feel the changes in our body as well. In the winter, we feel the need for warmth, comfort and rest. When spring arrives and the cherry blossoms are in bloom, fresh energy follows. As the warm summer months approach, we feel strong and powerful, ready to burn off this energy. And, during the fall, we are motivated to cleanse our bodies. Embracing these seasonal changes, this class will cater our yoga practice to the needs of the season.
