If you want to get in on the joy of living, the life of giving, and bathe in the return of warmth at this time of year, then this is the workshop for you - classical yoga and pranayama ("breathing" for the non-yogis), laughter and meditation.

BBB is one of the most gifted yoga teachers on the planet. Her gifts of knowledge, humor, and an incredibly down-to-earth approach in teaching yoga will leave you feeling inspired to take care of yourself and then go tackle the world "out there".

Beryl has been teaching yoga since 1974, is a nationally-renowned author, teacher, and spiritual revolutionary. She was the only teacher of the Ashtanga Yoga system east of the Mississippi for the entire decade of the 80s, and is one of the original pioneers of yoga and yoga for athletes in the West.

You've probably seen her top-selling yoga books, Power Yoga and Beyond Power Yoga, now meet the person who transformed an amazing ancient yoga method into a therapeutic, high energy, high heat practice for folks like us - Western-minded, busy, tight folks - who live normal overworked lives with normal daily stresses. You've been busy for months taking care of everything and everyone else - now take a weekend for yourself and join fellow travelers in this Journey to the Self.

You will love Beryl. You gotta come! Be comfortable and do what you can. No Pressure. Carpe Diem! See you there.
