Join GY and Lululemon for a special workshop at the Market Common Clarendon store!

Running is a great form of physical exercise, but it can take a toll on a runner’s back, knees, hamstrings, hips, and feet. Yoga, seemingly on the opposite end of the spectrum, actually has a lot in common with running, including the requirements of practice, agility, flexibility, and breath work. For runners, a yoga practice can bring the body back into balance and prevent pain and injury, allowing for decades of healthy running.

Through this workshop, you will:

• Physically counteract the strains of running
• Gain balance and strength
• Increase your range of motion
• Integrate your body, mind, and breath
• Learn how to prevent pain and injury

Shelby Settles Harper will lead the workshop. In October 2005, she completed the Marine Corps Marathon. This workshop is perfect for those preparing for the upcoming October 28 Marine Corps Marathon!

The cost of the workshop is $35 and will be at the Lululemon Market Common Clarendon store:
