Enrolled Yoga Basics Sessions

 

Learn the basics and work with the instructor to track your progress
and "graduate" to more advanced classes you'd like to try.

Perfect for those brand new to yoga. We will take the time to
really
explore the fundamental building blocks of a yoga practice, including basic postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation skills. The instructor will be available after class and via email to answer questions related to your individual practice, and to suggest resources for students who want to know more.

Reading materials will be provided. Make a commitment to your health and well-being – yoga is addicting!


Our Yoga Basics Enrolled classes are on Mondays from 6:15-7:15 pm. You must pre-register for the session.

At Georgetown Yoga, we’ve found that students appreciate the flexibility of ongoing classes, yet many inquire about options to "begin at the beginning." Taken alone as an introduction to yoga or as a supplement to ongoing classes, we offer Eight Week Enrolled Sessions to meet this need and provide a special forum for learning. A consistent, committed group of students, individual attention, and progression through a focused curriculum make these sessions popular.
